A condominium developer in Biloxi, Mississippi needed an attractive parking area to accommodate owner’s vehicles. This parking area, as designed, encroached on a number of historic live oak trees. The owner needed to comply with local parking requirements but did not want to impact the trees. The Octabrick™ not only controlled stormwater run off providing valuable water to the roots of the trees underneath the paved surface.

The unique color blend of the pavers decreases parking area maintenance by diminishing the impact of tire scruffing and leaf stains. Condo owners got what they needed in vehicular access while maintaining the beauty of the historic trees.
